This is a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beach access, gym, and pool were very convenient to the property with a local grocery store just around the corner. Other than a few minor hiccups with the properties gated climate control and a few items not working - we enjoyed our stay.

Condo

This unit was perfect for my Family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids aged 11 and 9. Master Bedroom had a comfortable King Bed and a huge bathroom with walk in closet. Kids had there own room on the other side of the unit and each got there own bed and separate bathroom which they loved. Balcony looked out over the golf course and ocean with a beautiful table set up for 4 with a couple extra chairs if needed. BBQ worked great for grilling steaks. The beach equipment cabinet was stocked with everything we needed. Chairs/Boogie Boards/toys/snorkels/cooler. The pool property was just gorgeous especially at Sunset time. Had dinner one night and drinks at the pool restaurant and we really enjoyed the food. Maybe my 1 negative at the pool would be for the 2 younger kids who want to jump around/splash/be loud this wasn't the right environment. Lots of older folks with expensive drinks trying to Suntan while reading. We hiked along the waterfront trail to Beach 49 Black sand Beach, only took about 20 minutes. Wear good shoes as you are mostly hiking on Lava rock. Once at the beach it was so nice and private, hardly anybody there. We also walked to Hilton property one day around the 6th hole at Beach 9. Only took about 15 minutes. Overall this was a great experience and Unit 11A was perfect for our family. We will be back one day.
